9/28/2005 - Hotspex at the 2005 RBC Applied Innovation Symposium

We are delighted to announce that Hotspex has been invited to participate in the 2005 Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Applied Innovation Symposium, a world-class business and technology conference. Hotspex recently conducted research to identify the optimal RBC branch design, and provided solutions that will help ensure the customer-focused financial institution continues on the path of cutting edge innovation.

Since 1998, RBC’s Applied Innovation & Research Group has organized an annual symposium addressing the innovation needs of RBC customers and its organization. This year’s symposium theme – Client First Innovation – will go into great detail of how innovation directly, or indirectly, affects RBC clients.

"We are very pleased that a leading financial institution recognizes the contribution Hotspex can make to successful innovation,” says Shane Skillen, President of Hotspex. “Our market research solutions allow RBC to develop and optimize relevant innovation that will lead to higher client satisfaction and profitability."

Hotspex will showcase its innovation capabilities along side companies such as Accenture, IBM, and Hewlett-Packard. The RBC Applied Innovation Symposium will be held from October 4 – October 5, 2005 in Toronto.
