Kevin Caine is appointed Vice President of Research

TORONTO - September 30, 2008 - In Q4 of what promises to be Hotspex's most successful year-to-date, the company is on track to reach CDN$9 million in revenue, and is announcing the appointment of Kevin Caine - an award-winning marketer - who joins Hotspex after a fifteen-year tenure with Bell - one of North America's largest telecommunications companies. Caine joins Hotspex's team of 70, which has doubled in the past two years.

Hotspex's explosive growth in sales, 1614% over the past five years, has been fuelled by the company's success across a multitude of industries with marquis clients such as Procter & Gamble, Wrigley, Wyeth, Colgate-Palmolive and MTV.

Caine is appointed as Vice President of Research. His fifteen-year track record in various client-side marketing and marketing research roles has made him an expert in brand strategy, segmentation, new product introductions and execution development. Most recently, Caine held the Director of Marketing position with Bell Express-Vu (now Bell TV). Caine won a Magnum Opus award www.magnumopusawards.com/award/magnumopus for the development of Bell's IPTV Welcome Magazine/User guide. He holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario and an EMBA from Queens University.
