"We're delighted to welcome Thom to our team. His experience in forward-looking research makes him an ideal team member for Hotspex, where innovation and groundbreaking research continue to be the cornerstone of our success," says Shane Skillen, Founder and President of Hotspex. Martin previously held the position of Research Director for Affinnova where he conducted product development, messaging, packaging and line extension consumer studies in the US and Europe for top global consumer goods companies. Skilled at using proprietary and conventional quantitative research methodologies to meet client objectives, Martin is also an alumnus of Forrester Research and GfK-NOP and holds an MBA from Northeastern University. "My personal philosophy is that there are no boundaries except those you create for yourself, so the opportunity to work with Hotspex, which is so successful in breaking through the boundaries of conventional marketing research and taking it to new levels of insight and effectiveness, is one I'm very excited about," says Martin.
